Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
 
New manager and new maintenance technician, and this is a great place to live. Water heater went out last month and it was replaced the SAME DAY. Gorgeous landscaping - like living in a park. Used to let pets so there are some dogs, but the new manager takes care of any barking on the spot. I'm very glad we moved here.
