New management and property management have turned this place into a prison, everyday there is a new flyer, new rule, on the door, down to how many plants you can have etc. etc. etc. it is absolutely ridiculous, I thought I had seen it all, but today there was a note that they are arresting cats and it will not stop until he has completed his mission. Not nice that you are trapping other neighbors pets without there knowledge, so when Fluffy is gone talk to Harold at Fairway Village apts. Worst place to live, looking elsewhere!!!!! This does not surprise me, if you have met the owner Diane you understand why it is such an unfriendly place for renters and cats! She loves money and hates animals....

Wow - this post DOES surprise me. Moved here this year with two cats and haven't had any problems. Rules are simple & you sign an agreement when you move in - no animals outside without a leash. Maybe the negative posters are mad because they're the ones who make it unpleasant for the rest of us by not following rules they agreed to but want to ignore. Too bad - then move somewhere where the managers don't care.

July '09 responder sounds a bit bitter - must have some other problem I guess. Fairway Village just keeps getting better and better. Each year there is something new going on and it is obvious the owner and management really cares about the place and the residents. This is really a very nice place to live - quiet, friendly, and I love my back yard where I can even do some gardening. I have lived places where outdoor cats and roaming dogs have caused problems and I think things are much nicer when everyone follows some basic rules about their pets. This way everyone else doesn't have to see or step in the poop and tenants are treated fairly.
