I currently live in the River Run village apartments and I don't even want to move. I am a newly wed and I have enjoyed the family atmosphere. Our neighbors have kids, but all are respectful. We live in the courtyard and it can get loud, but I would much rather hear kids laughing than hear loud music. I know there are some "trouble" tenants that do not live in the courtyard, as there are people like that everywhere...but I still really enjoy the apartments. The place is a good deal for rent, the apartment was clean when we moved in, a few things needed to be fixed and were fixed the same day we noticed them. I lived in nicer, more expensive, apartments and had not receive this kind of attention. I love the managment. They are fair and very approachable. They are very kind to the kids around, who all seem to think the managers are the most hilarioius thing since sliced bread. They try to work with people as much as they can, but are also strict on rules. I like that they are strict because this lets people know there will be no horse play expected and I can rest easier. I love these apartments.
