So far I have had a good experience here. They let you paint the inside and I put up a little fence for my dog. The maintainence people are timely considering the size of the complex. I would recommend getting an apartment that is not a potential play area for kids, this is not the apartments fault just parents needing to have better contol of their children. But when I have talked to the office about the kids the problem got better. And yes I can hear the people upstairs, but really in what apartments can't you'' The apartments are roomy and parking where I am is great. When I do need to talk to the office staff they are great. So all in all this is a good place to live. And I have lived in a lot of apartments.
