Not much noise, occasionally hear downstairs neighbor?s computer game, but only if we listen for it and it is loud enough. There is quite a bit of noise when turning on the shower, but not more than most places. Families with children are generally housed in the back near the play equipment and pool. The exercise equipment is not all that great, but they have a very nice raquetball court, tanning bed, sauna, and a recreation room (pool table, etc.). The pool is covered and heated during the winter. Parking towards the back of the complex is not all that good, but parking in front is great. Very close to the Clackamas River, there is a trail from the complex to a part of Meldrum Bar park with a nice beach for adults and children. Washer and Dryer are in the apartment and work very well. Management is good except for one guy who seems to be too full of himself and can be rather rude. But besides everything the rooms are SURPRISINGLY large with GREAT floorplans. A definite must - have and a must - look at. I am unsure of the cost as I only pay half and I did not have to pay a deposit as I finished out the lease of my roommates other roommate. My roommate has lived here for 5 or 6 years so far and has no intentions of moving.
