I love the space I love that my daughter and I each have our own bathrooms. However there have a been a few issues with the aparmtnet and what I was told before I moved it. First off I was told that they are super energy efficiant, more specifically I was told winter time probably wouldn't pay more then 70 bucks and thats doing about 6 loads of laundry a week and the dishwasher about every other day....oh so wrong, I do maybe 3 loads of laundry a week at most the dishwasher once a week and during the summer when I don't use the heat what so ever can't even get the electricity down to 70. The worst part is my neighbors, more specifically their kids, and although not the apartments fault they rarely do anything to enforce the curfew laws. I don't know how many times I have been woken up numerous times by what seems to be "parties in the parking lot". I work about 50 hours a week and leave very early in the morning so as you can imagine this is a serious problem. I hardly ever see security and with as much as you pay in rent you would expect to see them a whole lot more. So basically the only benefit of these apartments is that I can assure you unless you plan on spending about 1000-1200 a month you will not find one as big as this.
