Rivergreens Apartments

Good sq and a washer and dryer From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 4/13/2007 Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2007   I have lived at Rivergreens for a few years and I overall like it. There are a couple of office staff that can be hard to deal with, you never get a straight answer, always feel like you are being disregarded, I make sure I deal with Melissa when I have to go into the office for any reason, she is very helpful and respectable, unlike her co-worker. Parking is always an huge problem, visitors can never find parking because most apartments are rented by people who have 2-3 or more cars, of course they just swap visitor spots and "real" visitors can never find a place to park. The kids are often an issue, out too late at night making too much noise, mostly in the summer. Some of the tenants are not very good at watching their children and they run a muck all over the complex.
