Currently there is a building in this complex that is under construction. The integrity of the foundation has been compromised and the building has settled resulting in a crack in the foundation that runs the length of the building on the ground floor and is approximately 3 to 6 inches wide. The apartment on the lower left of the building has been vacant for over a year and the tenants in the lower right corner of the building have recently relocated to a new apartment in the same complex. This request was made by the management staff with a transfer of all deposits, a third floor apartment with a view of the golf course at the same price as a lower floor and two months free rent. The tenants were not informed that they need to move because the building is sliding but were told that the current construction requires that their apartment be empty. NONE of the tenants currently living in this building have been told that the foundation has been compromised.

really! wonder if its the one that had I-beams under it for 3 months until Oct of 2008 where the river rose and messed up the foundation my friend lives there and they were suffering the whole time without any compasation
