I've only lived here for a month but so far I love it! I must have the best neighbors because I can't hear a thing. I love my courtyard setting and the landscaping is well taken care of. The office staff are great, especially Risse!

The office staff are all brand new. There used to be a pool cover on the pool in the winter so you could swim there but even tho they raise the rent all the time, now there is no pool cover since it costs money so you can only swim in the summer now. Amenities have been cut and taken back in the 4 yrs since I moved here and people who have been here a long time moved out because they said they were tired of higher rent with less amenities, no carpet replacement, no providing paint even after 10 yrs of living here. Construction not good, floors squeak.
