THEY ALLOW ANIMALS, YES. BUT THEY DO NOT INFORCE OWNER RESPONSIBLITY. THE COMPLEX SMELLS OF POO, AND YOU WILL NEED TO WATCH WHERE YOU WALK. THEY DONT COMPLETE MAITNANCE REQUESTS, AND ONE WORD OF CAUTION, GET ANY AGREEMENTS IN WRITING, EVEN THE SMALLEST OF THINGS (AND KEEP YOUR RECORDS!!! ALSO MAKE SURE YOU TAKE BEFOR AND AFTER PICS OR YOU WONT GET YOUR DEPOSIT BACK!!!!!!!!! THIS IS DEFINITLY A WHITE TRASH COMPLEX
