Existing management is too bad - I want to say about the management staff at Avalon Apartment of Gesham, OR is the worst management staff I have ever encountered. They are extremely inexperienced. They are cheerful before and during the lease signing, but after that, don't expect anytghing more. Specially present manager's behavior is very rough and extremly bad.
