The onsite staff was very kind. Until we signed and moved in. One in particular named Susan was RUDE and unhelpful. The people upstairs walked like wiled elephants at all hours.

Shook the dishes and pictures on the wall. Susan called the people above us and said the female almost started to cry. She refused to hear our side of it and said we were hearing it wrong.

Our roommate banged on the celling and the cranked up their radio out of spite. None of the staff would come to listen to it and how horrible they were!!! Their car was stolen 2 weeks after we moved in, and the elephants moved out.

2 immature ladies moved in above us constantly setting off the smoke alarm. I was afraid the place would burn down. I did not sleep at night out fear for my stafety. We were on the second floor of a 3 floor building.

There was tons of rumors about car prowlers and break in's. Our roommate had lived there in the past and witnessed a burglary and car prowls. They are plauged with theft issues. Tennants are RUDE little turds all of them!!

I had just come home from the ER at 9pm. I wanted to sleep and some jerk was riding a dirt bike back and fourth!! It was not 10 pm and I was told by security over the phone to shut up. People park where ever they want to and nothing is done about it.

I saw a teen using the pool and then left the property and went home. We lived in the complex accross the street from the main office so no one ever monitors anything.

It took 3 calls for them to clean out a clogged dryer vent, and I cut my hand several times on sharp metal points on the handrails and that took 5-7 calls before they fixed it. They office staff did not like us and treated us like garbage because we did not put up with the poor quality!

They obviously allow anyone to rent an apartment.

If you think you want to live there.....do not live anywhere but the top floors and keep protection in your home for your own safety.

They mow the yards with giant mowers and they do it way too often!!!!
