Alpine Meadows

I have lived here for 10 months. I live in the Phase II apartments in a Jr. 1 bedroom (the smallest of their apartments at 560 sq ft). The rent was very reasonable for me, being that I live on my own.

Parking is great! You get a free covered parking spot and there is plenty of guest parking. I've never had a problem with parking ever.

I have only had a couple instances where there was a noise issue, but the apartments have an afterhours number you can call to have one of the employees paged to come check out the disturbance. They've been very good at responding, though I've only used the number a couple times. My neighbors seem to do their best at being courteous, and they're all nice when you cross paths.

The grounds are in very good condition and are groomed each week.

I have heard of a couple break-ins, but it's not a gated community, so it's going to happen. Just gotta expect the worst and hope for the best, and the rest of the time just be smart about what you keep in your car/garage overnight. I haven't personally had anything happen to me.

The apartments give ample space. The Jr 1 bedroom I'm in has only one closet in the bedroom which I had to get used to. But there is a full-size washer and dryer in the pantry area of the dining room, so I have decided that it was worth the lack of closet space. :)

Maintenance was always very good at responding to issues. I needed my garbage disposal fixed. They came the very next day to check it out, and told me they would need to replace it. They came the same day to replace it and both of the gentlemen that came were very nice and repectful.

The staff here are very courteous, kind and quick to help resolve issues. It has always been very pleasant dealing with them.

All in all, if it weren't that I was moving closer to my family, I would love to continue living here. You're only a couple blocks away from grocery stores, coffee shops, restraunts, etc, but you don't feel like you're in the middle of it. It's a great location and a great deal for the price. I would STRONGLY suggest this complex!
