| Grounds are beautiful. Staff is excellent. Great location for shopping, and skiing close to Mt. Hood. Apartments are kept up very well. Huge bathroom in my apartment, and a overall great layout. Don't think about it, just rent here. | ||||||||||||

| Apartments not so bad definately dated, price is not so good for what the apartments look like inside (i've seen better closer to where I would want to be) ... neighborhood seems like a bad neighborhood. | ||||||||||||
