They encourage people to sign leases saying they're pet friendly but once you're there threaten eviction if your dog barks -one tenant asked to change to a street corner to resolve but was told they'd have to pay all lease penalties, & I'm forced to give up my dog altogether or face eviction with stiff lease penalties because, "ITS JUST BUSINESS" (means 'we've got your money and we want more'). They accused my daughter of noise & unapproved pool usage when my daughter was out of state that entire weekend. They have shown no interest in working with tenants once you've signed.

Unfortunately some residents are better off in a single family home. When a dog barks continually no one who lives here is getting any sleep. We simply can't allow that for the sake of the majority here who value peace and quiet enjoyment of their surroundings. And yes, we do enforce the rules that residents agree to by signing their lease papers. Pool rules are for the safety of everyone and foul language is not allowed to disturb others. Management

but it is okay to be rude to your tenents??? think about it. read the reviews of your place.... the same general opinion. every day i looked out my window nad someone new was moving out.... take a hint.
