I lived in a 3 bdrm bottom floor unit for 20 months at Aspen Highlands. Yes you can hear toilets flush, dogs barking, people playing music too loud, etc. but its apartment life. I was one of the people compaining about dogs barking and people playing their music to loud. Management did fix the problems. Yeah, they can be a bit testy at times, but look at the stuff they have to deal with. We looked at over 20 compexes in the Portland/Vancouver area and this one was by far the best for construction, amenities, value, and generally a great place to call home.
