I have lived in this apartment for a year now and it is not a bad place to live but I only stay Because I cannot afford to move durring the christmas season. In the year I have lived there my rent has been raised 2 times the first was after my six month lease was up, they raised my monthly by 30.00 and to add insult to injury just this month they were going to raise it yet again another 25.00... all this in one year. In my experience this company is just greedy and they have a rich ego they want to put out there. The grounds looked better when I was paying 650.00 a month than they do with the increase as well as the office staff being more friendly. I would not recomend anyone to this complex and I myself will be leaving at the end of my next lease.

My question is if people have such negative things to say, why don't they just move. I have lived in many apartments and the same thing happens every where you go. You can live somewhere that is cheap but look at the quality helloooooooo.

the quality is not even all that good. the toilets break, my washer leaked.... and the managment is RUDE. you should not have to put up with that when you are paying that much to live there. "just moving" would be easy but it is expensive to break a lease.

Why not talk to the management about your concerns and ask that the rent stay the same....can't hurt to ask instead of complaining and steaming over stupid crap. If the management sucks so much go above them....
