I have lived here for almost two years, and I don't plan on moving any time soon. My apartment is huge (way bigger than the place I used to live), and everything is so new. Washer and dryer are a big deal for me, and my washer died on me once. The maintenance guy came in within half an hour, and since they didn't have the right part handy, they just gave me a new washer! I'm not even sure my last apartments had a maintenance guy.

I get free cable and internet, which was a better deal when I first moved in (now Comcast has some killer special going for new clients), but free is still free!

The hot tub is great, and I love the little doggy park. (I don't have a pet, but it really reduces the amount of you-know-what that I end up stepping in).

Parking is also great - I had to pay for parking at my last place, but it's free here. I have had quite a few people use my space by mistake, but there's always an empty spot nearby.

I do wish the garages weren't so expensive.

We got a new manager a while ago, and she is great. She is in the office way more than the last one, and she really seems to care about the people here, which we've needed for a while. She is also really nice to my daughter and her friends. Other staff has changed a lot, but the new girl is really nice too.

The only downside to my place is the noise from the street. My bedroom is right against where a lot of traffic goes by, so sometimes it's a little loud. I'm thinking about seeing if I can transfer to an apartment away from the road.

Great value, great manager, and probably the best in Gresham and Troutdale. You won't be sorry if you come here.
