Years at this apartment: 2006-01-01 - 2007-01-01
I have lived here since last August, my husband for a year. It is what one expects from an apartment. There is the occasional noisy neighbor, semi-frequent traffic noise and forced air heaters that never heat the rooms up (the last can easily be solved by a radiator heater). I was never that fond of the layout, but all our visitors have been impressed by it so I think it's just a matter of taste. It's off of Powell far enough not to get a huge amount of traffic, but close enough to walk to all the good eats. I personally like the complex situation due to the fact there are a dozen different choices when driving from here to Portland or Clackamas which makes avoiding rush hour a little easier. My only issues have been that it only has two exits and one of them does get jammed up with buses in the morning and afternoon from the school across the street and there really isn't any vistor parking at night other than by the main office. It's worth looking at and as far as management goes I have never really had much dealing with them. They'll leave the random note on your door informing you of a new policy or giving you a heads up on an upcoming inspection, but if we needed something fixed they fixed it and when we went to the office they were always friendly and polite. No complaints.
