Living in these apartments, was the worst year of my life. DO NOT MOVE HERE. The crime here is bad. I had tires stolen and a motorcycle almost stolen. They have signs up saying that the place is under video surveillance. Well it is not. There is only one camera there, and it is at the leasing office. Criminals come here big time. I never once saw security patrolling through the apartments.

The apartments are really nice but yes..... There are lots of ants.

The management sucks. They are rude (becky is nice)!! They will call you all the time telling you what you can and can t do. And if you have kids... do not live here. Kids are not even allowed to have toys at the pool. Kids cannot even ride their bikes here. Oh yeah, and the parking is really bad. There are not enough parking spaces and almost all spaces are assigned anyway, so good luck getting a spot. And don t even think about leaving something on your patio over night that is not "patio furniture". The called me and told me to move an ice chest that had been there one day cause it "did not look nice". Stupid!

Overall, this place is a nightmare (and over priced). I would rather live somewhere not quite as nice then to live in this place again.

so you must be one of those people who are oblivious to your neighbors . . . kids riding bikes is a dangerous not to mention destructive! I have had my car run into and bikes lef tin walkways so my mother couldn't use her walker to enter the building!!! So you rated this place so poorly but you say the crime isn't Aspens fault and there are a tun of ants...must be your dirty and not appreciate a place that cares about its appearance. I don't appreciate looking at crap people don't want in their apartment so the put it on the patio. Kudos to Aspen for caring to ask you to remove it.

Kids riding bikes is not so dangerous that bikes need to be baned! there could be ground rules set about it..... like no bikes can be left outside!! I dont BLAME Aspen on the crime.... I blame Gresham. But I think Aspen could do more to help PREVENT the crime. They dont have cameras up like the signs say they do. They told me themselves that they only have a camera at the leasing office. And I did not have anything offensive or any type of trash on my patio... i had a cooler there for less then a day after a camping trip! LESS THEN A DAY. I was using the patio to air dry it out. Should I not be able to use my own patio?? And you dont have to be a dirty person to get ants. I am just saying that Aspen could have done something about this.... like spraying the grounds for ants!! All of my neighbors had ant problems as well..... you are an idiot if you think you have to be dirty to get ants.
