I have lived here for 9 months and am happy overall with this complex. My 2 bed/2 bath is spacious and in very good condition. For the price, I think I have a good value. Cable & internet are included, as is a covered parking spot. The place is a little more spendy than others but, in my opinion, is worth the nicer place and some free utilities. I did a lot of research when looking for apartments and this one seemed to be the best I could find for the price. The parking is also ample with lots of extra open spaces. I have never had a visitor have trouble finding a spot close to me. I have only had to call maintenance a couple of times and they have always come right out and fixed the minor problems. I find the complex to be pretty quiet, but the walls are paper thin. I hear every cough and snore at night and the floor above me creaks something awful. I feel quite safe living here and have never had any problems with crime of any kind. I do agree with an earlier poster that this place isn't really kid-friendly. Kids can't ride skateboards and scooter around which I think is unfair. But they do have two little playgrounds for them. Also, the pool is not heated, which in Oregon pretty much means that it is always freezing.

I have to say, kids shouldn't ride skateboards or scooters in a parking lot. A toddler died a couple years ago because someone backed over him and his little bike with a car; you should see the little kids zooming in and out of traffic at my place! Scares the crap out of me, and I've nearly hit one of them twice. Management at my complex won't do anything about it, so kudos to your management for enforcing the rules that will keep them safe. Sucks about the pool, though. :)

I agree about little kids on scooters and bikes, and I have an additional comment about skateboarders: they should not be allowed anywhere near cars! I know it's not intentional, but my car has been hit twice by teenagers skateboarding off the curb near my building, and now I have two long scratches on the passenger side of my car. I am moving to this place when my lease ends in September, and I'm glad to see it's handled differently that my current apt.
