I lived in Aspen Highland apartments from dec 05 to july 07. I did not leave feedback for them at the time because i was not aware of this site. However after preparing myself to move back in i was turned onto this site by a friend. During my stay at Aspen Highlands i only had 1 maintenance issue and it was dealt with promptly and maintenance was very nice. I can say that almost every night i could see the security company patrol through the parking lot. I did recieve a call from managemnt complaining my car was parked in a prime guest parking spot for a long period of time. Im not complaining what so ever i understand why they would. The car was sitting there for 3 weeks not moving. :)Overall its pretty quiet, but it just depends on who your neighbors are. Anytime i had a complaint about noise the management seemed to take care of it. The mgmt staff are very friendly and i was very happy to stay there then, and will be moving back in the 30th of this month. They have gone up in price a little, but like most apts, or houses rent goes up everywhere. I will be happy to be back there.
