1. Grounds fairly well maintained
2. Outside view of apartments - terrible: torn screens,
torn blinds, decks cluttered with other than
deck furniture
3. Loud music, arguments/noise/children/adults -
Children & young people in pool area & noisy after 10 PM
4. Nice grounds keeper
5. Allowing salesmen on the property
6. Safety factor: Excellent
7. However, outside view of apartment units look horrid for
many of the units.
8. Dog poop on ground near units (failure of owners to pick
up their dog's poop)
9. Continual slamming doors causing apartment shaking
10. Some tenants have dogs larger than the required size

I agree. Hated visiting this place when my folks lived here. Very noisy at all hours. Dog poop everywhere and yes, dogs much larger than the size limit supposedly allows for. I was so relieved when they moved!

If a Resident moves in with a companion pet such as a dog any size can be allowed by law!

Most of these reviews are outdated and no longer applicable. I rent here currently, and it's a typical expensive apartment complex. There's no poop problem, since they fine you $50 for not picking up, it's noisy but it's an apartment complex. The patios have only patio furniture, they monitor that now, there's no dog issues. Neighbors are kind of weird outside of the complex, but top floor is quiet enough. The office staff are complete -------, but just stay away from them and don't take their ---- if they throw it, the maintenance is tuesday mornings for landscaping and loud, but the place looks good. It's typical like I said... :)
