I don't know what the other person was talking about, but they are probably one of the problems that were on there way out. I've been here since right after Avalon opened and I am happy here. The staff - ALL of them, including Jessica, are great. They are always attentive to my needs. They also go above and beyond in many ways. I love brunch. There are new faces in the office and they are very nice ladies. I'm glad that many of my neighbors that were not so great have been asked to leave. Sometimes if you're the one causing the problem, it may seem like the person telling you to follow the rules is rude! That's the way it goes. I was actually writing to comment on the appearance of the property. The grounds are always kept very clean and the maintenance men always do a good job on response time to my repair requests. Thank you for all you do.
