First off, I did like the fact that there was a washer and dryer in the place, and I also liked the fact that there was a "lease out option" because that allowed me to move.
------- is extremely two faced. I have read the reviews and people's response, and sure she seemed really nice, and attentive when showing you the apartment. SHE WANTS TO REEL YOU IN! and then once you are there, she doesn't give two craps about you and is extremely rude!

Not only did the single window in my room NOT stay open, they never fixed it. The light from the stupid carports constantly shined in my window. and They towed a friends car costing me lots of money.

I had a piece of white carpet out on my apartment backyard space. It didn't look bad at all and they told me I had to move it. That is complete crap. Why would I live somewhere, where they tell me what I can and cannot do with my own backyard' I moved shortly after that.




These apartments are extremely over priced. for 925.00 you can get a 2 bedroom apartment in gresham at avalon. For 900.00 I rent a 3 bedroom house on 15th and Belmont. I have everything I did at the apartment, except I can paint and put whatever I want on my back yard.
