Lived here 2004-2005 and hated every day of it.
I was along BURNSIDE and no matter what time of day it was Trucks and Fast and Furious Cars zoomed pass, making me a Zombie nearly everyday I lived there.
Also wall are PAPER THIN, you can hear neighbor flushing the toilet. I was on the 2nd Floor but a think that 1st Floor would be even more noisy.
Jessica is not very nice but most Apt Managers dont care anyway.

Jessica is no longer the Apt. Manager, and Christie the new manager is GREAT to her tennants, and really does care, they have weeded out the bad tennants and the bad office staff.
