There's absolutely nothing to walk to near here. Sure the place is nice, but the neighborhood is sketchy. They play a lot of games in the office with free this and free that. They are very inaccurate with their leasing paperwork, so beware. The maint people are very nice. ucky ucky now. see how the parking lot is becoming emptier and emptier, maybe this is a sign of something.

We love it here. The staff is wonderful. We have lived here for 4 years and we have near been happier. I will say the prices are high but if you want high quality and very good constomer service, there you go. The maintenances staff are on the ball. Everything was done very quickly and competely. When we needed a new fridge,that exact day we good one. Kristy the mananger works hard to make sure her tennants are VERY happy. The other staff work really hard to make sure you are well taken care of. So my response to living at AVALON is come live in a GREAT apartment complex. See you soon.
