Avalon Apartments

Great, Our 5th place to live and by far the best !!!!!!! From: addiesdad Date posted: 6/27/2006 Years at this apartment: 2006 - 2006   We have lived in 5 places in Portland and Gresham and we have lived here the longest which says something. We love the front office staff and love the community. I feel safe and at home here. If there are people who are causing trouble or are extremely loud they take care of it quickly. The people who are giving bad ratings are people who got evicted because they did something stupid against community rules. This is the only place I have lived that has actually evicted people for that, all the rest just say "oh we'll talk to them about it" The manager and staff are Awesome and so friendly
