It's not great...

The apartment people can be a bit touchy. If something is left out overnight on your patio then they leave really nasty notes, and they are always sure to leave the notes and run. They also tend never to return phone calls, so if you need something you have to go in and see them. Also, they never fixed our carpet after a fire next door had water seeping into our apartment. It is a nice community, half the time the gates aren't closed though so if they are trying to sell you a "gated community" I wouldn't really listen. My biggest problem overall though is how much it costs for so little the space. Right now it is 915 for a two bedroom/1.75 bath (the master doesn't have a tub) with less than 1,000 square feet. And the "gourmet kitchen" is ridicules because it is also where they store the stackable washer and dryer. You can get much more for your money elsewhere and I suggest that you do. We will be moving once our lease is up, and after being here for 18 months I definitely suggest going somewhere else.
