So I have lived at Avalon for the past year and I have to say I love it. I get a little frustrated from time to time about how picky they are about some things. (Like how my patio looks) But then I remind myself that it's why the place is so nice. They are just trying their best to keep it that way. The staff in the office is very nice and they always try to go above and beyond to take care of my needs. Maintenance has done a great job on the couple of work orders I have had. Overall I think it is great here.
