I moved to avalon thinking it looked like a great place but the two times i have decided to renew my lease due to lack of funds to move...they raise my rent 40-50 dollars a month. The management is never around to discuss keeping the rent low and it makes no difference if you are a good tenant or not. The safety at this complex is terrible, with cars getting broken into all the time and being towed away on a weekly basis if left parked in visitor parking for more than two days. There is never enough parking and their is always a ton of parties on the weekends until late at night. Not a quiet or safe place to live at all!!!

I agree, the management is constantly changing and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. -------------- is a complete snake with a major chip on her shoulder. She is not trained in the laws of the state and has TERRIBLE customer service skills.
