The price is to high for the service you get,you have no access to the clubhouse after the office closes so all the amenities are to no use to you after office hours, there customer service needs a lot of working on. I rate it more like 15%and thats being generous there niceness ends when you move in, they even tow you from your assigned spot,key word being assigned, if you like paying over price for stuff, this is the place for you! Because over price it is! No matter what special you come in on.
