Nice apartment but bad management

The apartment is nice and well maintained. There are good facilities like free DVD's , latte and Gym. The walls seem like paper as you can hear music from your neighbours. It gets noisy sometimes with few of them having music parties late at night. Rents look pricy but seem to have comedown quite a bit in the last year. With so many new apartments in the neighbourhood, that it might not be a bad idea to look around before deciding on this one. The management (manager) is not friendly and their whole approach towards you changes after you sign the lease.

I disagree with the comment about the manager. Since she's been here things have definitely improved. The office feels nicer, the grounds look better, and there are new people in the office eager to help. They always pop up from behind their desk to make coffee for me in the morning. Maybe you need to check your mood before coming into the office. Maybe you need to start coming in for a coffee in the morning too!

Well maybe you should sitck around after they make a coffee to see how much they compain about having to make one. I moved from Avalon to Columbia Trails just to get away from the wonder with Jessica and now I have to deal with her again. This place is a joke and they need a real manangement company to run this place.

All the responses to the complaints with 1234 after thier name is Jessica Blakely the manager. She shows just how pathetic she is by this behavior. Please, Please, Please take the complaints seriously !!! They are fact not fiction. I am positive that there would be many more negative reviews if more people actually new about this website. Please rent elsewhere, this place is REALLY a HUGE nightmare !!!!
