Noisy, poorly managed, bad tenants

We've lived here a little over ayear, and even though the rent has decreased, the under-age drinkers next door are still here. So are the three barking-dogs in our building, and the band that practices day and night next door. Bad apartment. Poor management staff - they never return any of our phone calls. Police won't respond to after-hour noise calls. Our neighbors next door have broken glass in tha hallway three or four times - management never cleans it up. Now we've had our parking space changed. Gates don't keep the sum out!
