horrible management! i sent in three maintenance request about the same thing and nothing was done, when i finally got upset they did not empathize or apologize for the inconvenience. they have terrible customer service, i would tell anyone not to rent from them. they also issued us the same parking spot as someone else. they are great until you sign the lease but then it is all down hill from there.

Maybe you should stop being such a cry baby, and try to have a better attitude. The stff at Columbia Trails is great. They are super friendly and would not be rude to anyone. Maybe you should watch how you approach people and try to have a better attitude!!
