I lived here for a year. We loved the original managment but they do have a high turn over of staff. The apartments and grounds are beautiful although they are pretty small and over-priced. As a couple it is best to get a 2 bedroom because 1 bedroom is not big enough. The walls are pretty thin so you do hear more. Although we did have great neighbors. Maintenance always came promptly. The club house is great when you have friends over after hours to rent out. I wish they cleaned the workout room. Everything else was clean.
Overall our experience was good. We didn't have any problems.
