While the apartments are beautiful, the office staff is one of the worst I have encountered. Manager is constantly out of the office, yelling at people on her cell phone. Staff members are polite when you might rent, but don't care about you at all once they have your money. Noise complaints are not addressed, even when the people above you are stomping so loud it knocks the pictures off your walls.

I will say, maintenance is impressive. I've never had anyone come to fix a problem more quickly. However, the "gated entry" is always broken, so everyone can get into the property.

Parking is horrible, you usually have to find a spot at Gresham Station and walk a couple blocks to your place.

Can't wait to move, but a friend told me when he moved that he got charged almost $800 for cleaning...

First of all...clean your apartment and you will be ok! Second, you have assingned spots..why would you park at Gresham Station?..get a garage! There are like 300 apartments, why should the staff have to babysit you...grow up and move out if your not happy, there is plenty of other people that would love to rent your apartment!!!

You post on this site a lot. Must be a staff member at Columbia Trails. You sound just as rude. Not everybody has money for a garage. And my parking spot changed 3 times in less than 2 months and each time I had to wait a week to find out where my new spot was. And my upstairs neighbor had to pay $679 for cleaning and painting when she moved out and she cleans houses for a living!!! My place was broke into twice and the manager didn't care, would not even offer to fix the gate that never works.

If your looking to find your clients online, you must not be the greatest to offer legal advise :(

I would be very hesitant to accept legal help from someone posting on this website.

First, lawyers are usually detail-oriented, and I find it difficult to believe that any attorney would have such horrible spelling and grammar mistakes as "zxcvasdfghjk" above.

Second, I highly doubt that any lawyer would try to solicit clients on a website where people get to vent anonymously. Unless the management is actually in violation of Landlord/Tenant laws (which is rare), there isn't much an attorney can do.

If you do need to seek legal advice against any apartment community, the phone book is a great place to start. These people are real lawyers, and usually only charge a very small fee ($50 - $65) for a consultation. Look for someone who specializes in property law or landlord/tenant disputes.

Bottom line, anyone who posts on this site that they can offer legal services but doesn't provide contact information is probably not legit. Don't fall for a possible scheme to give you bad advice.
