If you are so unhappy why don't you move! You sound like a very unhappy person but you really shouldn't talk sh_ _ about the staff where your at...I think if you get to know the staff you will find out they are all very nice, they just get stressed out because of thier boss, (not a very friendly person!) They are only doing what is asked of them..trust me!

Having a bad boss is no excuse for treating the residents like crap or being incompetant. Not only does the manager yell at you if you complain, but whoever takes your money doesn't know how to deposit it. TWICE my rent was applied to soneone else's apartment, and they actually tried to charge me a late fee. Even after the manager realized that my rent had been paid and it was their mistake, she STILL tried to charge me the late fee because the mistake wasn't caught until after the 5th! These people try to take your money any way they can, and the manager is the most horrible person I've ever had the trouble of dealing with. Total b--ch.

I agree with the person above. Having a bad boss is no excuse. As a customer I could care less what their reasons are. It doesn't help me. I want good service, end of story. And their office staff is very rude.
