We moved in May of 2004, and we love it. The staff is nice, the clubhouse is amazing, the pool and hot tub are well kept, the fitness center is clean and well equipt. We never hear any noise from our neighbors. I've lived in a few other apartments in Gresham, and none were near as cozy and homely as Columbia Trails. The parking is bad, the structures are built so that you cannot open your door if you pull in all the way. We are planning on moving out this month because they are raising rent another $50.00, and we cannot afford to pay $725.00 for a one bedroom one bathroom apartment. We hate the idea of moving, because it has felt like home here, but they are over priced. I love the gated community, its definately safer, and I haven't heard of any crime. We're satisfied, but not happy with the price.
