I'm suprised at most of these reviews on here because I have not experienced anything bad here. Its been 3 months so far and I love it. Yes you're going to hear your noisy and at times, classless neighbors but that's just one of the drawbacks of having to live in an apartment. I had a dishwasher issues that got handled that same day. Any issue I've had has been handled pretty quickly. I've lived in Los Angeles, San Francisco, San Jose, Brooklyn, Manhattan and NO place has EVER been more comfortable for me than this place has. One complaint I would even have is the damn owners of dogs who poop on the grass and don't pick up after them, but that's not managements fault. My thoughts are, if you are an unpleasant,bitchy tenant, you will get treated as such.

Just wait until you come home to find they've given your parking spot to someone else and ask YOU to move even further away. Don't bother with unpleasant and bitchy...just as patience and pleasantries don't get your problems here resolved, neither will any other tactic.
