They only get things wrong about five times in the office... Then when you ask logical questions about policies they use the baby voice to demonstrate that they have no idea how to deal with a customer while repeating whatever phrase they think covers everything.
Its really great to pay too much rent for the office staff to behave as if they are doing you a favor taking your money. Parking, security and customer service are a JOKE here, but ultimately its the staff that will be driving me to move.
The newest bright idea is to ask residents not to walk pets on the grass. Its not in my lease that I wont. I paid a non-refundable pet deposit when I moved in. I pay a MONTHLY pet rent. I clean up after my pet, ALWAYS. I suppose the extra fees I pay do not actually pay for anything like, oh say watering the grass enough to keep it from browning.
The MOST positive thing I can say is they may be rude but at least they are slow.
Cannot wait to move!
