This was the nicest complex that we found in Gresham - but that's not saying much. My main complaints are the moronic staff (which changes every few weeks) and the ridiculously loud slamming of our neighbor's front doors. Close your doors softly, people! Overall, the complex isn't horrible, if you have to live in Gresham. You're next to a shopping center and an LA Fitness and the grounds are nicely maintained. Don't mind the frequent police activity or white trash residents - it's Gresham, after all!
