This is one of, if not the nicest looking places in Gresham. The floor plans are decent. The clubhouse is unbeatable, and the upkeep of the landscape is outstanding. Very clean atmosphere. It has a great location, next to shopping and resturants.
I felt good about moving here, and I felt good about living here. Then the staff changes happened.
The staff when I moved in at the begining of the year was some of the nicest people. They made me feel great about living there. For some reason, unknowing to me, the manager stopped working there after my first 2, or 3 months. Since then, the staff has been cycling on bi-weekly basis. The staff seem very unknowledgeable, and the current manager appears to have a few screws loose. While the upkeep of the property is still top notch, the maintanance of the gate access has been terrible.
Recent new tennets have been out of control. I get garbaged tossed up into my patio frequently, shouting matches aren't uncommon, the last two weeks my walls have been shaking from someone's music, going as late as 11pm.
The community is gated, but anyone that is taller than 6' can easily reach over the gate and open it.

Parking is great for a single car. Guests and additional cars will have a struggle for parking.

The buildings seem to be made well, and sturdy.

The leasing options are pretty flexable, but month-to-month is very expensive ($850 /month for 1 bed, 1 bath as of this date). My lease is about due, and I will not be returning.

The staff is difficult, the noise has become out of control, and the price is getting too high for what you get.
