We lived in Columbia Trails for 14 months while my husband was going to school. I never had any problems with my apartment, the staff, or the parking (you get an assigned spot...park there!). Our apartment was super clean and nothing ever broke down. We knew when we signed the contract what the expectations upon move out were and so when we moved out we cleaned our apartment until it sparkled and it payed off. We didn't get extra charges because we did EVERYTHING on the list. I loved it!!

What about the standard charges that they apply regardless for painting, carpet cleaning and window cleaning? Your $200 dollar cleaning deposit doesn't even apply to this standard cleaning fee charges, (page 5 of your lease agreement), per management. So how did you get anything back? Sounds like you worked out a special deal no one else got that moved out?
