Do not move to this complex unless you enjoy being grossly overcharged and treated terribly by an inept staff and robbed blind by a management company with an insatiable appetite for screwing their tenants that will not be satisfied until they find a legal loophole that will actually allow them to include "butt-raping" in their contracts. Non-existent insulation and sound proofing, inconsiderate and low-class tenants, brain-dead and heartless staff, and hidden fees following you for years after you move out are just a few of the reasons that a person should never sign a contract here.

Nights are endured sleeplessly while the local losers and skaters party in the streets and vandalize the property all night long, mornings start early while every idiot with a diesel truck lets his engine warm up for half an hour before he leaves for work, and crimes go on unhindered as the "security" company and the local police refuse to do their job. Make sure you take the contract and read through it WORD FOR WORD with a magnifying glass at least twice before you sign it, because when you move out you will end up owing CT's hundreds of dollars for paint and maintenance, even if everything is actually better than when you moved in.

These aren't isolated events, either. They happen all the time in the not-so-merry land of Columbia Trails. This place is the worst apartment I have ever lived in. Stay away. The charming exterior, close shopping and eating, pool, and other amenities are not worth the nightmare of living in a Columbia Trails apartment.

Thank you so much for telling us. It's hard to think they treat people this way. After reading all these reviews, something must be going on there? Management needs to change before all the tentants finally stop living there.
