I am currently living in these apartments and I HATE it. The office people are RUDE and unhelpful, my bike has been stolen (what happened to the security that we pay for'), gas stolen from my car, you can hear everything my neighbors do and parking is the worst (our assigned parking spot is about 5 minutes away walking from my apartment). My friends don't even want to come over because its so bad. Oh and watch your step in the grass, there is dog poop everywhere. My friend use to work in the office and she told me to be careful when I move out because they are crooks and will try to over charge me for cleaning fees. So far these apartments have not been what I thought they were going to be.

Oh my God, They will nickle and dime you for everything. I think the Management here must be pocketing all these fees the way they try to rip off people who are leaving.

So far everything you say is correct, I live here now, and wished I would have read this before I signed a 14 month lease on these rip off apartments. The dog poo everywhere is so true! and they charge you $15 a month to have a pet! I asked if that is the clean up fee, they replied with a surprise fake giggle. There was one good manager here when I cam in, that was Karen, but she has since moved to another sister property, and we are stuck with alysin, such an airhead. don't trust her with a message, get it in writing. The noise factor here is unbelievable! I can here people "Stomping" up and down the stairs all night, and out of control Parties that overflow into the parking lot. I feel as if I'm living in the Ghetto. It's the most rent I've ever paid for the worste apartment. Don't get me wrong about the unit itself is really nice, but it's a 3 bdrm with about 1400 sq ft. high ceilings, and a real dining room, but...The noise, dog poop,far away parking, crappy appliances, and high rent make this place a mistake. I have 8 more times to pay this crazy hight rent, and I'm through. They reel you in with their great move in consignments, but don't fall for it, you'll pay in the end, the security gates are a joke, a lot of people have to park there cars on the street, and I'm always seeing broken glass from these cars in the street,They have already told me they will charge me over $400 for a full paint when I leave, can't wait to see what else they will want to make me pay for.... don't move here!
