Renting here just doesn't make any sense. For one thing, this place is ridiculously overpriced and you can rent a house or townhome for what they charge for their 3 bedroom, square footage wise it may not be necessarily bigger, but you will have parking right outside your window, and you won't have to listen to constant stumping and flushing toilets from upstairs. Back in 2003 we used to live in Townfair right across the street, while the Columbia Trails were just going up. They looked very nice and we thought moving here would be good. Oh Boy, was that a wrong move! I would recommend Townfair over this place any time! They may be not as fancy looking, but their parking situation is much better, staff is nicer, rent is reasonable. Although I must say Col. Trails did have very nice staff for the first couple of years. Karen, Stephanie...if you girls reading this, I m saying Hi! Today's staff just doesn't get it that yes, this is very problem solving job, yes you are going to have frustrated people coming to you, and yes,it's your job to help them solve their problems rather than being rude and incompetent. We would have moved out of here long time ago, but due to our circumstances, we just couldn't deal with another move. We definitely not signing next lease any more. Looking forward to moving out of here! I've had it! And they are crooks on top of everything, it's true. I especially would like to warn prospective renters. They will attract you with the nice special at first, but then they would raise your rent by way too much, hoping that you would rather just sign it rather than having to deal with the hassle of another move.

It's definitely not a place for young college students or those who want to met other people. The management has absolutley made this apartment atmosphere into a place behind irons bars & gates.
