The property itself is nice but the management is absolutely terrible!!! They are unorganized, rude, unprofessional, and careless. In just the year we have lived there we have had several conflicts with the management and they have all been due to their mistakes and incompetent skills. We regret signing the lease and are considering paying the $1600 fee to break it. That s how bad it is.

Dear Terrible management... we moved out for the same reason. Check to be sure but I believe it is law that you are allowed to give a 60 day notice to move which will get you out of the lease... that is what we did. We also found the regional management up in Washington just as bad.

When you move out, they will get you big times for cleaning fees and anything else they can discover to you charge you for. I have never seen such a nickle and dime type of apartment manager before. If she can get more money from you she will. Take pictures before you leave and then turn in your keys.

OH, IT LOOKS SO BEAUTIFUL! MOST OF THE GIRLS WHO WORK IN THE OFFICE HAVE A BAD ATTITUDE AND ACT LIKE THEY ARE DOING YOU A BIG FAVOR HELPING YOU! THE YOUNG WOMAN WHO IS THE HEAD HONCHO WHO COMES AROUND ONCE IN A WHILE IS VERY RUDE AND I HAVE SEEN HER JUST BE A SNOT TO PEOPLE!! I WAS SHIOCKED!! SHE NEEDS TO GO!! SHE THINKS SHE IS HIGH AND MIGHTY! I HAVE BEEN IN RETAILL FOR YEARS AND HAVE NEVER SEEN ANYONE IN A MANAGEMENT POSITION TREAT A CUSTOMER AS SHE DOES. THE MANAGEMENT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE RENTERS. THEY THINK THEY ARE BETTER THAN THE VERY NICE PEOPLE WHO LIVE THERE. THE IRONIC THING IS THE EMPLOYEES IN THE OFFICE CANNOT AFFORD TO LIVE THERE! GO FIGURE! VERY SAD!! NO STARS FOR THIS PLACE!
