It's so true, this place looks beautiful, but Beware!

This place has a great location in Gresham and it looks great too; however, what an unhappy place to live. The iron bars that surrounded the apartment complex offers great security, when the front gate works, but there's nothing friendly about the apartment management that operates these apartments. It's very unfriendly here. If you want to meet people and have a social life, I didn't find it here. Just drop off your monthly rent and don't bother us again until rents due next month. They charged very expensive cleaning fees, when moving out, (really read the lease), and charged more for anything else possible too.
