I have been living here for a few months and the reason I have chosen not to renew my lease is the amount of money you pay for the small amount of space. I am in a one bedroom and with the $30 fee for utilities, pay $815. The one bedroom is small, but does have a good layout. I am leaving because I want more space! Overall, I have had a good experience; beautiful, well-kept grounds, quiet and courteous neighbors, and a quick response to my maintenence request (the next day). The gate to my building is broken frequently, so this defeats the purpose of having a gated community. That is really my only other complaint, other than the outrageous price you pay for rent.

Just wait until you get the bill for your move out costs... they will rob you blind.

maynard503- I just read your response to another person and if you moved out 2 years ago and are still b**ching about your old apartments don't you think you should give it up and find something else to do?

Anonymous - you do have a point, but what mayhnard503 is saying is very true. The move out cost are indeed outrageous. The rent is also outrageous. You can rent a house for what they charge for the three bedroom
